The E-216 Professional Health Club Rower maximizes durability and is virtually maintenance free. The handles are ergonomically designed for maximum comfort and ease on joints for superior comfort. Among its many features, there are no chains, but rather a Dyneema® cable that will maintain a smooth, clean and quiet fluid motion, as it will not stretch and is extremely durable and resistant to moisture, UV light and chemicals. Delrin® seat rollers deliver a seat that islightweight, low friction, and is wear resistant, which makes it durable and maintains its appearance. The seat is at "office chair" height which allows ease of entry and exit for all users. The unit has a unique heel cradle footboard design, which allow the feet to flex in complete non-slip security, which makes it suitable for rowing in shoes, socks or bare feet.
